Prof. Dr hab. Jacek Tebinka

Professor at University of Gdańsk (Head of Chair of Contemporary History and Political Thought in Institute of Political Sciences). Visiting Professor, Chair of Polish History and Culture at Hebrew University of Jerusalem (2006/2007). He graduated from University of Gdańsk (history 1988, political sciences 1991). He is interested in British Foreign Policy, Anglo-Polish relations in 20th Century, Intelligence dimension in diplomacy, Human rights issues, Polish question in Second World War and Cold War History. He was Principal Investigator in the project Poland in the British Strategy of Support the Resistance Movement. The History of the Polish Section of the Special Operations Executive (SOE)” funded by National Science Centre, Poland.
Author of over 100 academic publications, including award-winning books on Polish-British relations:
